This disclosure covers the AI-powered portfolio at sophiezielinskie.com, operated by Sophie Zielinskie as a personal portfolio. It is not affiliated with any current or former employers. Contents represent her personal work and professional record only.
What is collected — and what is not
Collected (dynamic portfolio only)
The interactive AI interface at /decisiondynamic may store the following in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Sophie Zielinskie:
Conversation messages — limited to 500 characters per turn
Your selected visitor role — Company/Hire, Human/Collab, or Machine/Screen
A randomly generated session identifier — created fresh each session, cannot identify you without additional information you voluntarily provide
Your email address — only if you voluntarily submit it via the email capture form
Shared session content — if you use the Share feature, up to 5,000 characters of your conversation are stored to generate a shareable link
Report or feedback text — if you submit a report, that text and the last few messages of your conversation are stored
Not collected — ever
This portfolio does not collect:
IP addresses
Device identifiers or browser fingerprints
Names (unless voluntarily included in your messages)
Location data
Cookies
Tracking pixels
Third-party analytics data
Static pages
The pages at /decisionpoint, /decisionstatic, and /decisioncontact are read-only documents. They collect nothing. No data is stored, transmitted, or logged when you visit these pages.
Why it is collected
Data collected through the dynamic portfolio is used solely to:
Improve the accuracy and quality of this portfolio experience
Respond to feedback or reports you submit
Send you a conversation transcript, if you provided your email for that purpose
Your data is never sold, rented, licensed, or used for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose of any kind.
Third-party processors
This portfolio uses two external services to function:
Processor: Anthropic (Claude API)
purpose: Generates AI responses
data received: Your conversation messages, transmitted in real time to produce a response
processor: Google (Google Sheets)
purpose: Stores conversation logs and contact form submissions
data received: Session ID, role, truncated messages, email if submitted
Your data is not shared with any party for advertising, profiling, marketing, analytics, or any commercial purpose.
How long it is kept
Conversation logs — pruned automatically on a rolling basis
Email addresses — retained until deletion is requested
Shared session data — retained until the session link expires or deletion is requested
You may request deletion of any data associated with your session at any time by emailing sophiezielinskie@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request." Requests are acknowledged within 72 hours and fulfilled within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict, port, or request deletion of any personal data collected during your visit. These rights are honored regardless of jurisdiction, including under:

CCPA/CPRA (California)

Because this portfolio does not collect names or persistent identifiers, data requests are matched using your email address or the approximate date and time of your visit.
EU/EEA residents have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California residents may submit CCPA requests at any time.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 6)
Where GDPR applies:
Conversation data — processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for portfolio improvement and feedback response
Email addresses — processed on the basis of your freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal
No automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects takes place. The AI responses you receive are generated by Anthropic's Claude model and do not constitute decisions about you — they are informational responses about Sophie Zielinskie's professional background.
Email — no marketing, ever
If you provided your email address, it will only be used to send the conversation transcript you requested. It will not be added to any mailing list, newsletter, CRM, or marketing platform, and you will not be contacted for any commercial purpose. There is no opt-in here because there is nothing to opt into.
Children
This portfolio is not directed at anyone under 16. No data is knowingly collected from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact sophiezielinskie@gmail.com for immediate deletion.
